In the unfortunate event that your card is damaged, lost, or stolen, Breinrock's rapid response system is here to ensure your financial security. Promptly reporting a lost or stolen card is crucial. We act swiftly to block the compromised card, preventing any unauthorized use. Additionally, we expedite the process of issuing a replacement card with a new card number.

A prepaid Mastercard is a reloadable payment card that allows you to load funds onto it before using it for purchases. It’s not linked to a bank account and can be used wherever Mastercard is accepted.

You can get a prepaid Mastercard by applying for one through the Breinrock platform. There is a simple application process, submitting of documents and Compliance Check prior to approval.

You can activate your prepaid Mastercard online through the Breinrock platform. Once you have received your Physical Card you will need to input/insert the last 4 digits of your card and click activate.

You can load money onto your card from your main GBP / EURO Account on Breinrock’s platform.

Yes, your prepaid Mastercard is secure. It’s protected by Mastercard’s security features, including PIN protection, anti-fraud monitoring and extra security measures when you shop online.

Yes, you can use your prepaid Mastercard for online shopping, just like a regular credit or debit card. Ensure your card has enough funds to cover your purchase. When shopping online, you may be asked to pass through 3D Secure authentication in which case a one-time password will be sent to your registered email address or phone number.

Yes, you can withdraw cash from ATMs that accept Mastercard. However, be aware that some ATMs may charge additional fees for withdrawals. There is a daily / monthly withdrawal limit .

If your card is lost or stolen, you can block your card on Breinrock’s platform, by clicking on the Block Card Icon under your Physical Card Details, additionally you can also contact our Customer Support Team by email or phone.

You can check your card balance and transaction history online through our platform. Additionally, you can contact customer support for balance inquiries.

Yes, you can use your prepaid Mastercard internationally wherever Mastercard is accepted. However, it’s advisable to notify us of your travel plans to avoid any potential issues with card usage abroad.
